I got my Spring semester results today. zomg.. I did ok!!!
thank God. phewww.. dem worried esp tulan Chemistry. haha. xD

anyway. today I had loads of work in office. designed to keep ppl
like me uber busy. MDeC is going thru renovation soon...
so got limited access to some stuff. gah!


Isn't this the GREATest company????? LOL. Management decided to give
all staff a free reflexology treatment... not only that. they get a DAY off
omg. such a great company. employ me pls. lol..

but the staff did earn it after sleepless nights and working like hell for
IAP and WCIT. they deserve some incentive. prob I'd go for reflex tmrw. xD
hahaha.

she'd handle things, advices she's given to me and various levels of
exposure while in MDeC... and working to the bone!.. haha

where am I ought to find another colleague like her? lucky I had her
to insist that I do reports and be flexible on the job scope. lol...
not forgetting the swearing and fighting with High Comm. hahaha

yelloooo... I'm back. LOL
these few days have been quite happening... hahaha.

finally- my main event is over. which was WCIT 2008. It sort of came and
gone... kinda fast.. was uber busy from last Sunday till Wednesday
I thought I could've relaxed on Thursday but noooo....

Boss got me to write a postmortem report on the project we're involved-
Country Initiative. gah! so was busy harping on the report and turned out
to be generic. -.- I prefer this wayy better than doing NOTHING.

but I tweaked on it abit here and there... I'm learning ok!!! and I did learn.
xD so naive a 19 y/o can be. dunno how to write postmortem; sometimes
I wish I would've slapped myself. humbug...

Part of my duty was at the exhibition. and part of it was at Mandarin
Oriental for Country Initiative.


One of the big main banners in the exhibition hall... PCFair was also
there but at a separate hall... and nothing much there..


This was the backdrop at the booth I was at.. In case you're wondering
why all MSC and all... the company I'm attached with is the one that
spearheads the MSC Malaysia initiative.

Coincidentally. I saw Scott. and yesterday was Tzuoo's and Robb's
birthday... Tzuoo is a thousand miles away from Malaysia; all the way
in Germany. so an e-mail would do. lol

couldn't hook up on hotmail. so I used my company mail to wish Robb.
lol. knowingly he should be working and checking his mail. haha.
and I headed back to work after that.

too fast can?? how I wished holidays are extended.

hellooo once again.
in case you've not noticed. been busy. REAL one ok

this is my first job in my entire life that I've been ACTUALLY BUSY.
omfg. its an achievement!! xD

trust me. I can chill all the time but not at work this time.
I have yet to complete the dossier which has to be done by Friday
for the Minister and my company's SLT.

I also have a string of items not ready for the dossier.
My boss started cursing and swearing at idiots that don seem to do
their job. hahahaha. AND she's been telling me- don learn this! LOL.

I've learnt that at times of stress; ppl tend to curse and swear..

Skipped lunch today. partially coz of work and didnt feel like eating
Jo had to leave for IAP stuff at 2... had to work la then. -.-

lunch here sux to the max. unless you got a car to go out.
so. practically i'm binded to the cafe downstairs... which isnt much
to my liking so HLML?



This starts on Sunday. I think coz i'm not involved until Tuesday...
Monday will be at MO whole day until midnight. xD

today I went for lunch with the staffs... LOL. they were quite friendly
I'd say. Didn't feel that awkward in any way going out with them.

yello everyone. hey so how's it goin'?
good I hope. LOL...

I started working yesterday. today's my 2nd day... never in my
working life Day 1 would be so bloody BORING.
I know yean would come up to me and say
"shaun,you work like ever so often?!"

all I did was read.read.read & more reading. lol. anyway, THAT reading
did help alot in understanding what is our role in the company. good!
concepts and functions. but it felt really unproductive.

Met alot of ppl. most of em' are in the same SharedServOutsource Dept
with different units. I'm in Enterprise Development unit.
and yea- I 'officially' started doing work on the 2nd day.

haha. I looks like a HUGE house of some sort. I could get lost in there
sadly. don have access card yet... EVERY door has the locking mechanism
so. I can't go out or even come in without the tag. -.- GAH

HCD says shortage of access cards. so too bad. They're finding ways to
enable our MyKads to work as door access cards. WAH! so canggih wan!?
LOL. guess where I work at would be the answer.

Anyway, today was briefing and separated to different supervisors.
I am under Jo, a very nice person. BUT the great thing is....
that I gotta help do speech writing for VIPs. eg. CEO and Minister

tell me its so so so so so exciting?! I guess its not my area of expertise
and what a challenge to be assigned that.. no?
I WENT OH GAWD. after being swapped and accepted it.

Was suppose to be under FDI. suddenly got swapped into another
division. -.- I felt they shud assign a Mass Comm student instead
of a Finance student... oh well. it doesnt seem to matter anyway.
now I know what it means to be flexible.

This afternoon was showered with loads of write-ups and whatnots
pertaining to the bollywood event... AND to draft out some points and
write the speech itself.

I'M SO DEAD TOMORROW.
*kena whack.

anyway. I trust its not going to be mission impossible. I shall finish it!
One thing I like about this organization. They encourage us to learn
and at the same time, we must know the basics.

I find they treat us like graduates unlike some places that may regard us
as students who don know anything. And also learn to dress professionally
like them... the event starts in about a week... oh.cant wait. lol
tmrw gotta bring laptop too.. -.- the ones they requested for interns are
not here yet... haiz...

yeah baby. praise God. was informed today- I got the job =]
after the hell.of.an.interview. LOL.

I woke up with the birds just to travel to KL for the job interview
somewhere in Jalan Raja Chulan.

was there early... filled up forms and proceed for interview.
quite a number of applicants besides me showed up... lol
so was briefed and told to go to Cyberjaya for 2nd interview..

I took the Monorail bak to Sentral. tulan signboard say Platform A
to KL Sentral but went to Titiwangsa. =.=" SO I WENT ALL THE WAY
and ALL THE WAY BACK... went sightseeing kononnya. GAH!

Went all the way to Cyberjaya... omg. dem far, further than hell (hell=SJ)
pass by so many tolls... zzzz... HLML?
right. shouldn't be complaining. who ask me want to work there.
anyway. journey wasn't too bad coz my mum needed to go Putrajaya
so she just dropped me off..

Most of the applicants were already there. though I wasn't late la.
wait around the lobby. I think the DHL building opposite looks nicer
LOL. waited for an hour until it was my turn. =/
they wanted to interview those with resume first..

I managed to update Twitter.. ahaha. got comp there

Some of the applicants were seen memorizing/'rehearsing' LOL.
so kiasu for wad? guess what! they didnt even ask a thing about the event
I was the youngest there I think.lol most of them were in their 20s

The interviewers asked alot about background info. esp my past working
experience. I guess it went well.. xD then I left after that.

About my final exams... it sux to the core. seriously. speechless...
Had 4 ADP papers to take. right after LAN papers the past Saturday

Intro to Computers was ok. had no prob answering
Chemistry. THE TULAN-est paper I ever had. DEM EMO after that. -.-

Basic Composition II. was not so difficult. frankly memorized the part
of Vivid Languages and it was 20 marks out of 40.omg

Elementary Statistics. ANOTHER ALMOST TULAN paper. I studied all
about degree of freedom, Central Limit Theorem & Confidence Interval
---> It bloody came out ONLY normal dist. SOSOSOSOSO disappointed
but I can answer all la... stil disappointed. DON CARE

I feel this is my most stressed up Final exam I ever had of all semesters
gah. humbug. and the pimples that popped up. zzz
let me recap- Passing is 70m. final exam marks is around 40m.
Fail means retake = RM 1,200.00 (SERIBU DUA RATUS)

only IF its that easy.

I'm finally updating! lol.. pardon the past week with no updates
*exams nearly killed the blogger...

will blog about exams later... and other stories.
I have lots of stuff to update on. its holidays anyway~
on a 3-week become 2-week semester break. tulan college.

Apparently I went to Mid Valley Megamall on Saturday. there was this
Fashion Show going on. Gardens at MV also had their own fashion show
with the latest apparels from various labels...

frankly, I don't go to MV. not to my liking unless I got things on there
anyway. college friends invited me to go as a post-exam celebration.
though its seriously nothing to celebrate about.
and I saw Creamy. was expecting to see kajang. but sadly disappointed
lol. xD

Went to San Francisco Steak House for lunch. gah- it was nex to
Kim Gary and I was dying to go there.lol
No pix. didnt take. lunch was mediocre. nothing to shout about.

My college friends, let's name them Pipo and Cyn. they had spilled
every ounce of gossip for me to listen. LOL! from people to current
affairs of the college. *how interesting*


ohhh yeah. Gossips. can't quite decide which sounds more interesting.
and juicy...

went walking around the mall. had Gelato. tried the fruit one..
not too bad. then went over to The Gardens to go walkaround.
before that. bought headphones from IT World.

these were from the Gardens. I think its better than the ones in MV
coz here it looks classy and pretty. MV looks budgeted with models
that don't quite know how to walk 'properly' in heels. LOL
Clothings were from Isetan.




These were from Timberland. looked quite nice but kinda expensive
earlier ones from 3POINT6- had its appeal. not bad eh. not bad at all.
I wonder how they change so fast. lol

As usual, both Pipo and Cyn were busy admiring the models.pffft!!
might as well call it model show. Its the clothes you LOOK at..
Pipo the airhead was on Cloud9. -.-

I saw the same model again in 1 Utama. so I texted Chew.
